Donald is a dynamic, multi-talented global educator and practitioner in conflict transformation. With over 30 years of experience in mediation, conflict transformation, leadership education, consulting, higher education, and community building, he brings a lively compassion to a systems-thinking approach to peacebuilding. Donald has a rare capacity to hold the goals and visions of a group while ensuring that individuals in the space feel seen, heard, and acknowledged. Great intention and intricate attention is given to psychological, emotional and somatic liberation.<\/p>

Donald has been a faculty member at Saint Mary’s College of California, Drew University and San Francisco State University. Donald worked as regional public health educator for Seattle\/King County, was the director of mediation, coaching, ombuds and support services at Mass General Brigham, and was the lead mediation trainer at Community Boards of San Francisco for many years. His clients range from start-ups, non-profits, small businesses and global Fortune 200 companies. He has worked in healthcare, holistic health, technology, social services, government, construction and higher education. This multidisciplinary background is foundational to his deep understanding, compassion, and efficacy for facilitating impactful, transformative learning experiences rooted in his empathic understanding and respect for the human experience. Donald is an executive consultant with Courageous Leadership LLC and has been a DEIAAB Educator\/Consultant and Conflict Transformation practitioner for Proby & Partners LLC since 1990. He\u00a0is currently an Ed.D. candidate\u00a0<\/span>doing<\/span>\u00a0auto-ethnographic research at Saint Mary’s College of California.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
