We partner with individuals, families, groups, and organizations interested in building stronger, more peaceful homes, businesses, public/governmental entities, and communities. We utilize methods focused on advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, access, compasionate accountability, and belonging while improving multiple bottom lines. Our programs are designed based on each client’s priorities, goals and objectives.
We Uplift Like-Heartedness
We start from a place of surfacing and unlearning old patterns that no longer serve a greater good. Once sufficient attention has been given to this, we support a process for restoring and expanding wellbeing in service of elevating our capacities to contribute more effectively to the people and the world around us.
Unlearning
Each person comes into community to share unique strengths but frequently that purposefulness is interrupted by systems and structures affecting our capacities to do our best work. We support an approah to unlearning that is restorative and contributive to advancing and evolving the most constructive and connective values of the human family.
Contributing
We seek wellbeing through compassionate approaches to leadership development and conflict transformation. Regenerative leadership invites deep collaboration, attention to psychological and emotional safety, along with empowerment practices to support mutual learning, growth, and higher values in action, supporting systems-level evolution. Transformative learning at this level becomes a full circle process by sharing and exploring new knowledge and wisdom with others.
Restoring
Individual and collective healing and wellbeing are fundamental to creating a better world. We also know that healing is facilitated by mutual support structures, embodied learning, and appropriate measures of accountability. We partner with you to identify, establish, and sustain new structures and practices for maximum impact.
